Positions
Cashiers
This position is heavily reliant on customer service, using POS systems, display, and inventory upkeep.
Job details:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Learning and using the register
- Answering phones
- Cleaning and organizing the cashier shop
- Loading/unloading merchandise
- Working outdoors
- Medium-duty lifting (40lbs)
Schedule:
- Seasonal
- Part-time, approximately 10 to 30 hours a week
- We need people for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible work hours
Education:
- We welcome highschoolers with work permits
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Sales Yard Associate
This position is heavily reliant on customer service, sales, setting up displays, inventory upkeep, loading and unloading merchandise. We are looking for someone that has the willingness to work outdoors and be able to perform medium to heavy-duty lifting of plants (50lbs) and run a skid steer.
Other job details:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Driving skid steers
- Lifting at least 50lb in merchandise
- Answering phones
- Proper watering
- Stock areas and displays with merchandise
- Keep garden center in order
- Assign proper signage to plants and trees
- Review delivery orders are accurate and checked in properly
Schedule:
- Seasonal
- Part-time, approximately 10-30 hours a week
- Full-time, approximately 40 to 50 hours a week
- We need people for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible work hours
Education:
- High school or equivalent (GED)
- College
Experience:

Landscapers
This position is heavily reliant on working outdoors, planting, mulching, loading, and unloading merchandise. To succeed in this role, you should be reliable, professional, a good communicator, a positive team player, and physically fit. We are looking for a landscaper that will work in various weather conditions, be able to perform heavy-duty lifting and planting and be knowledgeable with tools involved with plant care and garden maintenance.

- Small removals
- Shrub, trees, and perennial planting
- Spreading soil, compost, and or mulch
- Merchandise deliveries
Schedule:
- Seasonal
- Part-time, approximately 10 to 30 hours a week

- High school or equivalent
- College
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred) with a clean driving record

- 18 years or older
- Be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must have a valid MI driver’s license, chauffeur or CDL is a plus, with a clean driving record.
