NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT YOUR COPY OF RECEIPT 

Warranty Coverage

  • Trees, Shrubs, Evergreens, Grasses, and Perennials: Guaranteed for 1 full year from the date of purchase at 100% of the purchase price (store credit only). If Auburn Oaks provides delivery and planting, we will honor these services with the 1 year full warranty.
  • Boxwoods: These are final sale and carry no warranty once they leave the premises.
  • Annuals, Tropicals, Houseplants, and Consignment items: These carry No Warranty
  • Warranties are limited to a 1 time replacement

Conditions for Return

  • Annuals, Tropicals, & Houseplants: We will honor a return up to 24 hours from the date of purchase, based on manager approval. 
  • Hardgoods: The return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Consignment Items: These are final sale and carry no warranty once they leave the premises.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid register receipt or a record of sale in our loyalty system is required.
  • The Plant Itself: You must bring the plant (dead or alive) back to the garden center or bring in photos to process warranties.

Exclusions 

The customer is responsible for proper plant care and planting. Returns may be denied if the plant shows signs of negligence, mechanical damage, storm damage, improper watering practices, weed killer or improperly applied insect sprays and fertilizers, insect and disease damage, or if plant is transplanted again after original transplant. 

Auburn Oaks is not responsible for damage to underground pipes, wires or other underground obstructions. CUSTOMER is responsible to call MISS DIG 1-800-482-7171.
