NewGen Freedom Boxwood

Offers excellent resistance to boxwood blight and leafminer when properly maintained. Its vigorous growth creates a full, attractive plant faster than many other cultivars, though it requires yearly or twice-yearly pruning to maintain shape. Expect some winter bronzing, particularly in full sun or exposed locations. While all boxwood cultivars can show susceptibility to blight under extreme conditions, this variety performs well in appropriate settings. Avoid planting in areas with a history of severe boxwood blight.
